Classes

At Soul Bay, we work on simple but very effective Push, Pull, Legs training routine for building lean muscle. This divides and conquers your muscles into groups where each group is trained separately, allowing the other muscle groups to have a rest.

We also provide an Intensity class for those who want to incorporate cardio into their training. As well as Playground sessions, providing an opportunity for clients to train in the studio on their own.

SOUL MOBILITY

SOUL mobility covers a range of different mobility exercises from neck to ankle. Mobility exercises are a vital contributor to reducing the risk of injuries, improving technique, range of movement and progression in our training.

SOUL PUSH

SOUL Push covers all upper body movements you can do, where you push weight away from your body. These exercises focus on developing your chest, shoulders and tricep muscles.

SOUL PULL

SOUL Pull covers all the upper body movements you can do where you are pulling weight towards your body. These exercises focus on developing your biceps and back muscles.

SOUL LEGS

SOUL Legs focuses on strengthening and developing your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.

SOUL INTENSITY

SOUL Intensity is a powerful all-round body workout. This class combines effective high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment.

SOUL PT

 SOUL PT provides personal training to assist members in understanding the correct movement patterns and positioning while strength training.
