Our classes are semi private, providing close to the same level of attention as a one-on-one PT session, for a fraction of the cost. At Soul Bay, you will have a trainer at every session you attend each week, for less than the cost of one PT session!

Our contemporary, boutique studio is located a block away from the Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre. Our space is highly functional but also very calming and rejuvenating, which is designed to support our client’s physical and mental wellbeing
